Delivery

All products are delivered through the courier services of the company SPEEDY AD, through the service: STANDARD 24 HOURS.

 Ordered in-stock items have a delivery time of between 1 and 4 working days, unless an employee of ours contacts you and informs you otherwise. Exceptions are small settlements, where deliveries are made according to a specific schedule of the courier.
 
For orders over BGN 99 including VAT and up to 20 kg, delivery will be free for you in Bulgaria.
 
Over 20 kg, the price of the delivery is further specified by phone, with delivery to the SPEEDY office being the most profitable.
 
Orders placed before 15:00 are processed the same day (for working days).
Orders placed after 15:00  or during holidays are processed on the first working day.

 When completing your order, you could choose between the following options:
 
Delivery to personal address. In this case, it is necessary to fill in the exact address, name and telephone number of the person who should receive the shipment.
 
Delivery to Speedy's office. Choose the most convenient for you SPEEDY offices from the drop-down menu, to which we will direct your order.
 
The shipping cost and cash on delivery fee, if any, will be visible after the desired product(s) are placed in the cart and the shipping address is provided.

After finalizing the order, you will receive the number of our bank account where you can transfer the amount.
 
 
Payment by card
 
You can pay by credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay securely through Strype.
 
 
Cash on delivery
 
 Upon receipt of the shipment at the courier's address or office, payment is made in cash or by card to the representative of the courier company. You have the right to inspect the products before paying for them. When paying in cash or by card, you will receive a cash on delivery document from Speedy.

       The standard warranty you receive upon purchase is 2 years (24 months) for individuals and 1 year (12 months) for legal entities.
 
When you register your machine for warranty extension, you must fill in mandatory fields with its model, article number, serial number, as well as date of purchase and dealer name.

 Machine warranty: 1+2 years /after registration/ for legal entities and 2+1 years /after registration/ for individuals.
 
Battery and charger warranty: 1+2 years/after registration/ for legal entities and 2+1 years/after registration/ for individuals.

2. Register your professional power tool, cordless, garden, measuring, Li-ion battery and charger on the page.

3. Download the extended warranty certificate and attach to the warranty card.
